Product Owner

The role

• Responsibility for vision, strategy and further development of Windows Workplace services
• Development and maintenance of the product backlog, taking into account business, security and compliance requirements
• Prioritization of requirements and close cooperation with engineering, architecture and operations
• Organization of and participation in agile zerosions
• Analyzing customer feedback and technical developments to continuously improve the Workplace portfolio
• Collaboration in the architecture, engineering and development of Windows Workplace solutions
• Interface between IT operations, engineering security and business stakeholders
• Support with incident and problem management issues (3rd level support)
• Documentation and presentation of roadmaps, as well as presentation of progress to management and customers

What we wish for

• Several years of experience in the Windows environment
• Experience as a product owner or PO in an IT environment
• in-depth technical understanding of the technologies listed below:
• Windows Client OS, Active Directory
• PKI, domain controller, network services
• SCCM software distribution and intrusion detection
• Windows Server OS, MS SQL Server
• Practical experience in automation and continuous integration/delivery/deployment
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid architectures with M365 platform services
• Ability to work in a structured way with backlogs, user stories and prioritization methods
• High motivation and initiative, as well as good communication and analytical skills
• Continuous willingness to learn IT-related topics
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
