Product Owner
UBS Card Center AG is looking for a Product Owner (80-100%, f/m) for the responsibility and further development of Windows Workplace services, including strategy, product backlog and collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Windows, experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager and deep technical understanding in various areas.
The role
- Responsibility for vision, strategy and further development of Windows Workplace services
- Development and maintenance of the product backlog, taking into account business, security and compliance requirements
- Prioritization of requirements and close cooperation with engineering, architecture and operations
- Organization of and participation in agile zero sessions
- Analyzing customer feedback and technical developments to continuously improve the Workplace portfolio
- Collaboration in the architecture, engineering and development of Windows Workplace solutions
- Interface between IT operations, engineering security and business stakeholders
- Support with incident and problem management issues (3rd level support)
- Documentation and presentation of roadmaps, as well as presentation of progress to management and customers
What we wish for
- Several years of experience in Windows
- Experience as a product owner or product manager
- deep technical understanding in:
- Windows Client OS, Active Directory
- PKI, Domain Controller, Network
- SCCM software management and Intune
- Windows Server OS, MS SQL Server
- Practical experience in automation
- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid architectures with M365 platform services
- Ability to work in a structured way with backlogs, user stories and prioritization methods
- High motivation and initiative, as well as good communication and analytical skills
- Continuous willingness to learn IT-related topics
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
