Product Owner for Pension Solutions (a) – Fixed-term position for 2 years
Argauische Kantonalbank is seeking a Product Owner for Pension Solutions (fixed-term, 2 years) in the Digital Unit & Infrastructure department. The position involves technical responsibility for pension products, the development of technical concepts, and the management of digital processes and requirements.
What you can expect
- In consultation with the stakeholder group, you are responsible for subcontracts. You serve as the point of contact for any potential interface with the Plant Engineering department. Your areas of expertise include professional design. This ensures that the project is implemented successfully.
- Projects/Client Concerns: Projects in different subject areas are interrelated, and technical projects regularly face challenges in obtaining information from stakeholders or auditors.
- You will play a key role in addressing a wide variety of topics related to end-of-life care and estate planning solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for the precise and well-structured development of the technical concept for the implemented functionalities.
- All new functional requirements and the integrated functional requirements are addressed
- Focus on partial and existing solutions, with an emphasis on operational optimization and assurance
- The creation of digital and documented processes is based on and largely determined by quality
- Designing for Quality
- Documenting outstanding tasks and responsibilities related to the entire project and ongoing changes
What you bring with you
- You have a documented vocational training certificate or a comparable degree
- Detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the process elements and products in today's financial management
- Experience with at least one of today's retirement planning products
- You have a proven track record of quality
- Ideally, you have gained some initial experience with agile product development frameworks and/or have a comparable qualification
- A strong affinity for IT and an enthusiasm for digital processes and working independently
- You have a strong understanding of retirement planning products and financial services products
- Be organized and responsible, and have the necessary skills
