Tasks

• Collaborate actively on the implementation of the pricing strategy and on the development of new tariffs for P&C business (insurance, RC and motorized vehicles)
• Assurer le suivi des indicatorurs clés de performance du portefeuille d'assurances P&C et développer les outils de reporting
• Support the division's management by conducting in-depth analyses of the potential for growth and improved profitability
• Assurer une veille du marché
• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'assurances dans les branches P&C
• Participate in projects for the development of insurance products and digital transformation

Requirements

• Diplôme universitaire (or equivalent) in economics, business or engineering
• Experience confirmed in a comparable position, ideally in the field of insurance, civil liability and motor vehicles
• Aisance avec les chiffres, excellente maîtrise d'Excel et bonnes connaissances en gestion de bases de données
• Excellent skills in analysis, conception and understanding of technical and strategic issues
• Très bonne maîtrise du français ou de l'allemand, avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue (min. niveau B2) ; l'anglais constitue un atout
