Product Specialist
UBS is looking for a Product Specialist for the development of Swiss fund products. The position includes the development of new funds, the support of fund projects and the coordination of regulatory changes.

Your role
We are looking for a Product Specialist to support us in the development of new strategic products for our customers.
Tasks
- Development of Swiss-domiciled funds for UBS AM (traditional asset classes) based on client requirements and execution of product feasibility assessment
- Support senior product specialists in setting up new funds and fund life cycle events (repositioning, merger, new share classes, liquidation etc.) with all stakeholders involved
- Planning, initiation and coordination of all changes to prospectuses and other fund documents triggered by new fund projects, life cycle activities and regulatory initiatives for Swiss-domiciled funds
- Become a subject matter expert to lead and support specific regulatory and product related projects
Your expertise
- Ideal: 1-3 years experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge of the value chain (e.g. CFA) is a plus
- Apprenticeship in a bank with relevant professional experience or Bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration, banking and finance, economics or a related field
- Initial experience in the management of cross-functionalities
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
- Collaborative personality with strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level)
