Production Analyst, AVP

As a Production Analyst, you will support the delivery of day-to-day technology-based services and also support the delivery of projects/initiatives. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of production environments to ensure that the appropriate quality standards are met. You will contribute high value to the platform, ensuring that we work closely with platform domain owners to ensure the resilience and performance of the platforms. You will work with senior leaders to ensure that everyone around you understands the value you add. You will also: *

• Collaborate with product development teams to understand the upcoming product in order to enable integration and continuous delivery.
• Regularly evaluate future service refinement and performance

The necessary skills

We are seeking someone with technical knowledge and experience, including platforms, cloud, and integration. We are looking for: *

• At least 10+ years of experience in production support, with strong troubleshooting skills, analytical skills, and knowledge of production support, problem management (ITIL), and service management.
• Knowledge of creation and automation, including the creation and maintenance of HCL Notes/Teams/Workplace workflows
• Experience with cloud and resilient platforms, with solid experience using Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, and working with IBM Cloud or AKS
• Knowledge and experience with industry-standard tools and processes
• Knowledge and experience in the application of operating principles
• A highly skilled communicator with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to your colleagues and superiors.
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
