Production Analyst, AVP

Job description

Tasks

As a Production Analyst, you will support the provision of technological services and contribute to the delivery of digital projects. You will support the development of infrastructures to meet business requirements by ensuring appropriate quality standards. Your tasks will include:

• Collaborate with product development teams to understand upcoming products and enable integration and continuity
• Regular participation in future planning meetings

Requirements

We are looking for someone with technical knowledge and experience, including platform, applications, and business integration. You should:

• Have at least 10 years of experience in production support with strong troubleshooting skills, analytical skills, and business acumen.
• Be proficient in the tools and technologies mentioned
• Experience with cloud and on-premises platforms, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, and IBM Cloud or AIX
• Knowledge and experience with industry-standard tools and processes
• Knowledge and experience in using operational metrics for proactive identification and troubleshooting
• A strong communicator with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts
• Have good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
