YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support the review and assessment of risks associated with new products, services, and business initiatives, ensuring that appropriate controls and compliance considerations are in place.
• Provide training on topics related to compliance and/or risk management.
• Establish and maintain policies, approaches, standards, and monitoring frameworks that ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal standards.
• Design, implement, and execute risk-based monitoring tools to support remediation efforts aimed at strengthening the firm's risk management framework.
• Identify control weaknesses and compliance gaps and drive and support remediation efforts to strengthen the Bank's risk management framework.
• Manage key risk indicators (KRIs) and data analysis to monitor FO compliance.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with corporate-level risk management policies to support integrated risk management.
• Support and maintain compliance-related internal documentation, change management, and regulatory updates.
• Identify, review, and assess regulatory changes and trends that may affect the firm, and present these to the appropriate levels of management as needed.
• Assess the impact of gaps in management and internal controls and contribute to the development of appropriate risk-based measures.
• Provide advice on and prepare Management's own control assessment, escalations of regulatory and internal audit findings, remediation plans, and monitor corrective actions.
• Formulate and maintain policies and control matrices in business units, as appropriate.
• Promote alignment between the first and second lines of function by collaborating with business units and risk and control functions.
• Foster effective collaboration across the business and compliance stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of controls, thereby strengthening risk management and the compliance culture.
• Contribute to a strong culture of controls and compliance throughout the organization.
