Tasks

• Implementing various projects and initiatives to further develop the offering in the product management lifecycle
• Developing product strategies based on market and usage analyses
• Analyzing and optimizing processes
• Ensuring requirements in process and data management
• Coordinating measures to manage financial and non-financial risks
• Collaboration with various stakeholders (communication, marketing, front units, legal services, IT, etc.)
• Representing the Bank in external working groups and committees

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, banking or engineering
• At least 8 years of professional experience in product management, consulting or in a project management role in the financial industry
• Experience in managing implementation programs of various sizes
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of initiative
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Flair for customer needs and market requirements
