Junior Product Manager (m/f) Full-time
Glarner Kantonalbank is seeking a Junior Product Manager (m/f) for its Product Management team to develop new products and services and maintain existing product lines. The ideal candidate should have completed a commercial banking apprenticeship or have a banking-related education, as well as experience in finance and a strong aptitude for numbers, IT, and digitalization.
Tasks
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing and new products and services
- Support for customizations and testing in the core banking system
- Assisting with the development, updating, and review of product-specific content on the Internet, intranet, digital banking, and print media
- Market and Competitor Analysis in the Field of Financial Products
- Supporting the implementation of the resulting changes to the terms and conditions
- Project support
- Supporting the team with project tasks and day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Commercial banking apprenticeship or banking-related education (e.g., B.S. in Banking & Finance)
- Practical experience in finance
- An affinity for numbers, IT topics, digitalization, and AI
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to learn and adapt, teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment, initiative, flexibility, and creativity
