Junior Product Manager (m/f) Full-time

Tasks

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing and new products and services
• Support for customizations and testing in the core banking system
• Assisting with the development, updating, and review of product-specific content on GLKB’s online, intranet, digital banking, and print media channels
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity in the area of financial products, as well as supporting the implementation of the resulting changes
• Project support
• Supporting the team with project tasks and day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Commercial banking apprenticeship or banking-related education (e.g., B.S. in Banking & Finance)
• Practical experience in finance
• An affinity for numbers, IT topics, digitalization, and AI
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to learn and adapt, teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment, initiative, flexibility, and creativity
