Product Manager Twint (f/m/d)

Zurich Cantonal Bank is looking for a product manager for Twint who will coordinate and be responsible for the further development and operation of the mobile payment solution. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business informatics or business administration and at least three years of professional experience in product management or a similar role.

Job description

As Product Manager Twint (f/m/d), we are continuously developing our TWINT solution and coordinating its operation. The position is 80% - 100% of full-time and is located in the Product Management department in Zurich. Professional experience is required.

Tasks

  • Implementation of various projects and initiatives to further develop the range of services
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of ZKB TWINT by coordinating with various specialist teams and IT
  • Representing the implementation of security-related requirements for the ZKB TWINT solution from security reviews
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes
  • Optimizing the offering based on usage analyses
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders (development, support units, marketing, internal approvals, legal department, etc.)
  • Representing the bank in external working groups and committees

Your profile

  • Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or banking
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in product management, business engineering, or project management, preferably in the area of TWINT or card solutions
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of initiative
  • Very good comprehension skills and quick recognition of connections
  • Experience with agile development methods is an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
