  • Product Manager Payment Transactions Corporate Clients (f/m/d)
  • Location: Zurich / St. Gallen
  • Workload: 80-100%

Tasks

  • Responsibility for the product and service offering in payment transactions for corporate clients, including customer care and support
  • Analysis and further development of existing offerings with regard to market requirements and technological developments
  • Creation of requirements and solution concepts as well as support during the implementation phase through to introduction
  • Management of product managers, reporting to product owners and targeted customer communication

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the banking environment with a focus on payment transactions, business analysis and requirements engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of payment and banking processes (e.g. EBICS, SWIFT) as well as procedures and formats (e.g. ISO20022)
  • Quick handling of methods and techniques of business analysis and requirements engineering
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working with high quality standards
  • Very good knowledge of German and English; other national languages an advantage
