Product Manager, Finance (80–100%)

Job description

Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a Product Manager for Financing (80–100%).

Tasks

• You will actively drive the end-to-end digitalization of financing processes and be responsible for developing requirements and technical concepts, as well as supporting implementation in collaboration with IT and business units
• You will set up and maintain a strategic KPI dashboard and use it to identify targeted optimization measures
• Together with the Finance Expert Committee, you are responsible for further developing and maintaining all relevant guidelines and regulations in the mortgage business (e.g., FINMA, Basel III)
• You will draw on the bank’s collective expertise in finance, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure clear communication—including during process and product transitions, release work, and training initiatives
• You monitor market, competitive, and technological trends, analyze customer needs, and use this information to identify specific product opportunities

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or engineering, ideally with additional training in product management or digital transformation
• Several years of solid experience in the lending division of a Swiss bank; you have firsthand knowledge of the products, processes, and regulatory environment (FINMA, Basel III)
• Strong aptitude for IT and digitalization, as well as a keen interest in process optimization and automation
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, combined with a high degree of execution and initiative
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with tact and sensitivity
