Product Manager, Finance (80–100%)

Job description

Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a Product Manager for Financing (80–100%).

Tasks

* You will actively drive the end-to-end digitization of financing processes and be responsible for developing requirements and technical concepts, as well as supporting implementation in collaboration with IT and business units * You will establish and maintain a strategic KPI dashboard and use it to implement targeted optimization measures * Together with the Financing expert team, you will be responsible for the further development and maintenance of all relevant guidelines and regulations in the mortgage business (e.g., FINMA, Basel III) * You will leverage bank-wide financing expertise, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure clear communication, including during process and product transitions, release approvals, and training initiatives * You will monitor market, competitive, and technology trends, analyze customer needs, and derive concrete product ideas from these insights

Requirements

* A degree in business administration or engineering (university or university of applied sciences), ideally with additional training in product management or digitalization * Several years of solid experience in the lending business at a Swiss bank; you have firsthand knowledge of the products, processes, and regulatory environment (FINMA, Basel III) * Strong IT and digitalization skills, as well as a keen interest in process optimization and automation * Strong conceptual and analytical skills, combined with excellent execution capabilities and a proactive approach * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated with tact and sensitivity
