Product Manager, Finance (80–100%)

Job description

Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a Product Manager for Financing (80–100%). This position offers the opportunity to actively help shape the future—from product strategy and radical process digitization to intelligent integration with IT systems.

Tasks

- You will actively drive the end-to-end digitization of financing processes and be responsible for developing requirements and technical concepts, as well as supporting implementation in collaboration with IT and business units - You will establish and maintain a strategic KPI dashboard and use it to derive targeted optimization measures - Together with the Financing Expert Committee, you will be responsible for the further development and maintenance of all relevant guidelines and regulations in the mortgage business (e.g., FINMA, Basel III) - You will engage the bank-wide Financing expert network, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure clear communication, including regarding process and product transitions, release approvals, and training concepts - You will monitor market, competitive, and technology trends, analyze customer needs, and derive concrete product initiatives from them

Requirements

- A degree in business administration or engineering (university or university of applied sciences), ideally with additional training in product management or digital transformation - Several years of solid experience in the lending business at a Swiss bank; you have first-hand knowledge of the products, processes, and regulatory environment (FINMA, Basel III) - Strong affinity for IT and digitalization, as well as a keen interest in process optimization and automation - Strong conceptual and analytical skills, combined with excellent execution capabilities and a proactive approach - Convincing communication and stakeholder management skills with tact and sensitivity
