LGT is looking for a motivated team member for a project lasting at least six months to support quality management, process optimization, and data analysis in private banking. Ideally, you have a business-related education, some professional experience in the financial sector, and a solid knowledge of Excel and BI tools.
Your Job Description
- Supporting the development of the QM (Quality Management) team
- Development and Optimization of Administrative Processes and Procedures
- Analysis through the compilation and evaluation of raw data, the development of key performance indicators, and data visualizations
- Reporting and Presentations to Management and Stakeholders
- Close collaboration with the QA team and other functional departments
Your profile
- Completed training in business or economics
- Initial professional experience in finance, controlling, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Interest in pursuing advanced training in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management)
- Reliable, dedicated, and a team player
