About the job

State Street Alpha Professional Services team is seeking a qualified individual to lead the global Data Conversion practice.

Main tasks

• Lead a global portfolio of programs that design solutions and onboard new clients to State Street's front-to-back platform
• Defining and influencing the global strategy for the data conversion practice
• Driving efforts to implement and adopt best practices in next-generation automation tools
• Leading a global team of regional and functional conversion managers
• Optimization of resource levels, productivity and active management of relationships with vendor partners
• Formulation of conversion strategies with customers and internal stakeholders
• Managing the creation and delivery of internal and client-related documents
• Navigating complex client relationships and managing expectations with client stakeholders
• Driving the different phases of the transformation lifecycle across multiple simultaneous global customers
• Provide regular status updates and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 15+ years of experience in the financial industry across front office functionality
• Experience in leading conversions across the implementation lifecycle
• Knowledge of Capital Markets, Middle Office, Securities, Bank Loans, IBOR, Transaction Mgmt
• In-depth knowledge of client engagement and expectation management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global and team-based environment
• Experience in agile methodology and project management
• Experience in portfolio management theory and application

Salary

• $140,000 - $222,500 per year
