Project Management Officer - Global Products & Solutions (GPS) Platform Transformation100% (f/m/d)
The Project Management Officer (m/f/d) is to oversee and manage a portfolio of change-the-bank initiatives/projects as part of the GPS platform transformation at Julius Baer as part of the Project Management Office (PMO). The focus will be on monitoring progress, managing finances and ensuring transparency and accountability.

Tasks
- As Project Management Officer (PMO), oversee and manage a portfolio of Change the Bank (CIB) initiatives/projects, maintain a comprehensive understanding of the progress and dependencies of each project
- Monitor progress against key milestones, KPIs and resource plans within the GPS Platform Transformation portfolio
- Maintain core delivery artifacts such as roadmaps, RAID logs and interdependency trackers to ensure execution transparency
- Perform monthly financial planning and control for the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting to ensure effective resource utilization and alignment with business objectives and transformation roadmaps
- Ensure governance through oversight of financial administration, including invoice management and accrual processing to support accurate accounting and financial reporting
- Support the execution of agile ceremonies such as PI planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs) etc., project meetings and cross-functional working groups within the GPS Platform Transformation and Technology
- Ensure alignment and coordination with the central transformation office and other value streams on bank-wide change initiatives
- Promote a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement in the transformation stream and ensure uniform delivery standards
- Improve PMO tools, templates and reporting processes to reflect agile delivery practices and increase portfolio transparency
- Produce high quality reporting documents for senior executives and external stakeholders (e.g. regulators, auditors)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, change management or business management roles within a global financial institution or large scale transformation environment
- Strong analytical, planning and financial management skills with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews for transformation portfolios
