Job description

Tasks

• Act as PMO to oversee and manage a portfolio of Change the Bank (CtB) initiatives/projects, maintain a comprehensive understanding of the progress and dependencies of each project.
• Monitor progress against key milestones, KPIs and resource plans as part of the GPS platform transformation.
• Maintain core delivery artifacts such as roadmaps, RAID logs and interdependency trackers to ensure transparency in execution.
• Undertake monthly financial planning and control for the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting to ensure effective resource utilization and alignment with business objectives and transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure governance through oversight of financial administration, including invoice management and accession processing to support accurate accounting and financial reporting.
• Support the execution of agile ceremonies such as PI planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs) etc., project meetings and cross-functional working groups in the context of GPS platform transformation and technology.
• Ensure alignment and coordination with the central transformation office and other value streams on bank-wide change initiatives.
• Promote consistent delivery standards, a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in the transformation stream.
• Enhance PMO tools, templates and ceremonies such as PI planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs) etc. to improve portfolio visibility and reporting processes and reflect agile delivery practices.
• Produce high quality reporting documents for senior executives and external stakeholders (e.g. regulators, auditors).
