Project Management Officer (VIE) H/F

The role of Project Management Officer (VIE) in Luxembourg involves supporting the bank in the implementation of projects and changes, including communication, planning, and documentation. The ideal candidate has at least 2–5 years of experience in the project management field and is fluent in French with a good command of English.

missions

At the heart of our project, you will have a comprehensive overview that will enable you to provide support to the bank and its employees as part of the project. Specifically:
  • You will assist in implementing communication initiatives related to the transition
  • You will oversee the planning and construction projects under the supervision of the real estate manager and make recommendations
  • You will assist the communications, training, and field teams in developing training programs and preparing for and conducting oversight committee meetings
  • You are responsible for taking minutes and preparing meeting reports
  • You will formalize the decisions made by the various committees
  • You will support the bank in its transformation efforts

Candidate criteria

  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree (5 years) / Master's degree (2 years) or higher
  • Education / Specialization: Master’s degree in Management / Business Administration, Real Estate, or equivalent
  • Minimum experience: 2–5 years
  • Initial experience in managing real estate projects or facilitating change
  • Use of project management tools (monitoring or BPM audits)
  • Writing skills and organizational skills
  • Organized, versatile, and a team player
  • Fluent in French with a good command of English
