Project Manager / Analyst in Global Financial Accounting (Full-time)

Tasks

Responsible for planning, managing, and leading key strategic projects from inception to completion, taking into account strategy, purpose, and objectives. - Customization and internal development for a range of S&P modules, including FI/GL/AP/AA/AP/AR/SD/MM/RE-FX/TRM/VIM in a global environment and their integration into the bank’s core banking system - Responsible for business analysis and project management, as well as the provision of relevant information, including data flows, roadmaps, timelines, business requirements, and test cases - Regular communication with senior management regarding project status, escalation, and goal-setting in terms of scope, time, and cost - Representing Financial Accounting in collaboration with other finance departments (Group Tax, Tax, Management Accounting, IT Operations, Payroll, etc.)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or information technology - Strong knowledge of S&P (S&P FI-GL/AP/AR/AA/MM/SD/MCA/Amiba/TRM/RE-FX/VIM) - Several years of professional experience as a business analyst and project manager in the implementation of international S&P S/4HANA projects as well as core banking projects - Several years of professional experience in financial accounting at a bank in an international environment is a plus - Knowledge and experience with S&P FI-GL and core banking interfaces, multi-currency accounting, and/or vendor invoice management, and/or Amiba are a plus - Experience in digitalization and S&P core banking integration - Strong knowledge of engineering and change management
