Project Manager / Analyst in Global Financial Accounting (Full-time)

Tasks

Responsible for planning, managing, and leading key projects from initiation through completion, taking into account strategy, purpose, and objectives. * Customization and internal development for a range of S&P modules, including FI-GL/AP/AA/AR/SD/MM/RE-FX/TRM/VIM in a global environment, and their integration into the bank’s core banking system * Responsible for business analysis and project management, as well as the provision of relevant information, including data flows, roadmaps, timelines, business requirements, and test cases * Regular communication with senior management regarding project status, escalation, and goal-setting in terms of scope, time, and cost * Representing Financial Accounting in collaboration with other finance departments (Group Tax, Tax, Management Accounting, IT Operations, Payroll, etc.)

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or information technology * Strong knowledge of S&P (SAP FI/GL/AP/AR/AA/MM/SD/MCA/Amiba/TRM/RE-FX/VIM) * Several years of experience as a business analyst and project manager in the implementation of international SAP S/4HANA projects as well as core banking projects * Several years of experience in financial accounting at a bank in an international environment is a plus * Knowledge and experience with SAP FI-GL and core banking interfaces, multi-currency accounting, and/or vendor invoice management, and/or Amiba are a plus, and/or core banking projects * Experience in digitalization and SAP core banking integration * Strong knowledge of engineering and change management
