Project Manager / Analyst in Global Financial Accounting (Full-time)

Tasks

Responsible for planning, managing, and leading key strategic projects from inception through completion, taking into account strategy, purpose, and objectives. Responsible for adapting and improving SAP solutions, including FI/CO/AA/AP/AR/SD/MM/RE-FX/TRM/VIM in a global environment and their integration into the bank’s core banking system. Responsible for business analysis and project management, as well as providing relevant information, including data flows, roadmaps, timelines, business requirements, and test cases. Regular communication with senior management regarding project status, escalation, and goal-setting in terms of scope, time, and costs. Representing Financial Accounting in collaboration with other finance departments (Group Tax, Tax, Management Accounting, IT Operations, Payroll, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or information technology
• Extensive SAP knowledge (SAP FI, GL, AP/AR/AA/MM/SD/MCA/Arriba/TRM/RE-FX/VIM)
• Several years of experience as a business analyst and project manager in the implementation of international SAP S/4HANA projects and core banking projects
• Several years of experience in financial accounting at a bank in an international environment is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with SAP FI-GL and core banking interfaces, multi-currency accounting, and/or supplier invoice management and/or Ariba are a plus
