Project Manager & Business Analyst – Compliance Analytics & Transformation 100% (f/m/d)

Job description

Tasks

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, defining business requirements, solution testing, implementation, and measuring success
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to conduct in-depth analyses and identify best-in-class solutions, leveraging both emerging technologies and the Compliance Analytics & Transformation team's proprietary in-house infrastructure.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, and prepare presentations for various governance bodies and senior management.
• Operate effectively within an agile project environment, applying iterative methodologies to deliver value incrementally
• Perform ad hoc business analysis and reports, and provide cross-functional support to other projects and team members within Compliance Analytics & Transformation

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, business administration, finance, or a related field
• Solid banking experience with a focus on compliance and risk management, ideally within a global financial services environment
• Strong strategic, conceptual, and organizational skills, backed by proven experience in project management and business analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment characterized by evolving priorities and tight deadlines
• A curious mindset with a track record of applying creative, out-of-the-box thinking to challenge existing processes and proactively develop innovative solutions
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach, able to listen actively, contribute constructively, and work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams to achieve shared objectives
