Project Manager / Business Analyst – CRO Change (Risk Transformation) 100% (f/m/d) - Lead and implement complex change initiatives to strengthen CRO governance, processes, data, and infrastructure in the areas of market risk, treasury, and credit risk - Manage the CRO financial risk project portfolio to ensure clear prioritization, transparency, and effective governance in alignment with the bank’s and CRO’s strategy - Assess current processes, systems, and governance frameworks and design future solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts - Translate strategic goals into tangible business requirements, target operating models, and implementation plans - Take responsibility for budget, resource allocation, and implementation results across initiatives, with a high degree of autonomy and accountabilityYour qualifications
- Degree in finance, business administration, economics, mathematics, or a related field - Extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on financial risk control functions - Proven ability to lead complex change initiatives with significant IT and data components, coordinating business, IT, and quantitative stakeholders - Strong understanding of end-to-end risk management processes, governance frameworks, and supporting infrastructureWe offer
