Project Manager / Business Analyst – CRO Change (Risk Transformation) Full-time (f/m/d)

Tasks

- Lead and implement complex change initiatives to strengthen CRO governance, processes, data, and infrastructure in the areas of market risk, treasury, and credit risk - Manage the CRO financial risk project portfolio to ensure clear prioritization, transparency, and effective governance in alignment with the bank’s and CRO’s strategy - Assessing current processes, systems, and governance frameworks and developing future solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts - Translating strategic goals into tangible business requirements, target operating models, and implementation plans - Taking responsibility for the budget, resource allocation, and deliverables for initiatives to drive implementation with a high degree of autonomy and accountability

Requirements

• A degree in finance, business administration, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on control functions in financial risk management
• Proven ability to lead complex change initiatives involving significant IT and data components, and to coordinate business, IT, and quantitative stakeholders
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end risk management processes, governance frameworks, and supporting infrastructure
