Project Manager - Fund Managers

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Fund Managers team, working closely with stakeholders across LGT Capital Partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple highly critical projects simultaneously.

Tasks

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and within the agreed scope;
• Ensure and collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and objectives;
• Management of external technology providers and control of the system selection process in close cooperation with IMT.

Requirements

• University degree in information technology, business administration or an equivalent qualification;
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager with a financial services company or with a leading consulting firm in a deliver role in the financial services sector;
• Experience in the asset management industry, particularly in fund administration and related systems, is an advantage;
• Deep and proven understanding of project management, execution and leadership skills (both technical, people and change management). Agile certification (Scrum, IPMA etc.) and practical experience as a Project Manager.
