Project Manager - Fund Managers

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Fund Managers team, working closely with stakeholders across LGT Capital Partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage project delivery.

• Understanding the business and solution architecture and supporting the design of the target operating model when implementing projects;
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, provide regular status updates and address concerns in a timely manner;
• Identification and prioritization of functional and non-functional requirements from business and technical stakeholders;
• Management of external technology providers and control of the system selection process in close cooperation with IMT.

Requirements

• University degree in information technology, business administration or equivalent qualification;
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager with a financial services company or with a leading consulting firm in a delivery role in the financial services sector;
• Experience in the asset management industry, particularly in fund administration and related systems, is an advantage;
• Deep and proven project management, delivery and leadership skills (both technical and people and change management). Agile certification (Scrum, IPMA etc.) and practical experience as a plus;
