Project Manager [Geneva/Lausanne/Zurich]

Tasks

• Customer-Centric Project Management: Leading end-to-end delivery projects for our clients (financial institutions, issuers, or L1makers). This includes designing operating models and workflows, setting up custody and tokenization platforms, and managing technical implementations in close collaboration with client teams, Taurus Engineering, and the Success departments.
• Internal Strategy and Operations: Lead cross-functional projects sponsored by the Executive Committee in collaboration with Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales. Typical responsibilities include regulatory filings, specifications for business development, operational improvements, and internal expansion.
• Blockchain Forensics and Due Diligence: Preparing high-quality source-to-funds analyses, wallet screenings, and crypto-asset linkage reports using blockchain intelligence tools to support compliance audits, onboarding, and investigations.
• Commercial and Operational Support: Contributing to sales RFQs/RFIs, providing support for ad hoc operational tasks or operational priorities across the entire company.

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance, business, economics, technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in project management within the financial services or fintech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the broader digital asset ecosystem (custody, trading, tokenization, staking, derivatives, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize them effectively, and deliver them with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Precise, organized, independent, open-minded, practical, and results-oriented—a true self-starter and lifelong learner.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
