Project Manager [Geneva/Lausanne/Zurich]

Tasks

• Customer-Centric Project Management: Leading end-to-end delivery projects for our clients (financial institutions, issuers, or L1 market makers). This includes designing operating models and workbooks, setting up custody and tokenization platforms, and managing technical implementations in close collaboration with client teams and Taurus’s Engineering and Security departments.
• Internal Strategy and Operations: Leading cross-functional projects sponsored by the Executive Committee in collaboration with the Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales departments. Typical responsibilities include regulatory filings, business requirements specifications, operational improvements, and cross-departmental integration.
• Blockchain Forensics and Due Diligence: Preparing high-quality source analyses, wallet screenings, and crypto-flow reports using blockchain intelligence tools to support compliance audits, onboarding, and investigations.
• Commercial and Operational Support: Contributing to sales RFPs/RSPs; providing support for ad hoc commercial or operational priorities across the entire company.

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance, business, economics, technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in project management at a financial services company.
• Extensive knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the broader digital asset ecosystem (custody, trading, tokenization, staking, derivatives, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize them objectively, and deliver them with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Precise, organized, independent, open-minded, practical, and results-oriented—a true self-starter and lifelong learner.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
