Project Manager
NatWest Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is capable of successfully leading and managing projects to support the company's business strategy. The successful candidate will lead a team, build stakeholder relationships, and be responsible for projects from planning to implementation.

We are looking for a project manager who can implement our projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Tasks
In this role, you will:- Prepare, manage, and report on project plans, controls, and resource planning to ensure that our projects align with business strategy and effectively engage all relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders at various levels and in various roles.
- Lead a team of internal stakeholders and work closely with supply chain service providers to select the appropriate suppliers from our framework.
- Lead and empower a large team, often across multiple geographic regions, through the project cycle.
- Identify, track, monitor, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead and define a project initiation document and ensure that the solution supports and aligns with our strategic objectives.
- Track project costs and ensure that the project is completed within the allocated budget.
Requirements
You should:- Possess a suitable project management qualification and have experience in change management.
- Have experience in implementing strategic projects that support the business strategy and its growth plans.
- A deep understanding of trading platforms, asset classes, and the ability to translate business objectives into precise, actionable technical requirements without imposing solutions.
- Experience in agile delivery, risk and dependency clarification, understanding of systems/data and API, and the ability to work in high-speed environments with strong attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to synthesize complex inputs into a coherent delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to simplify complexity for non-technical partners and work with technical teams.
