Job Summary

The Project Manager / Scrum Master will be responsible for all aspects of project management. The role includes managing business and functional requirements, evaluating vendors and solutions, negotiating contracts, conducting vendor due diligence, performing cost-benefit analyses, and managing development teams as they plan, develop, and deliver solutions within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects from start to finish.
• Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Monitor budget, timelines, and quality during project development.
• Apply key figures and metrics when making decisions.
• Prepare executive summaries for strategic discussions.
• Collaborate on IT governance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT operations management on tasks such as demand management, incident management, and change and release management.
• Manage the IT compliance agenda, including internal controls, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
• Compliance with the principles, laws, rules, and regulations related to money laundering and bank secrecy, as well as internal policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Professional: Business process modeling, agile methods, planning, goal-setting frameworks (OKRs)
• Industry: Knowledge of the asset management industry is desirable.
