Job Summary

The Project Manager / Scrum Master will be responsible for all aspects of project management. The role involves managing business and functional requirements, evaluating vendors and solutions, negotiating contracts, conducting vendor due diligence, performing cost-benefit analyses, and managing development teams to plan, develop, and deliver solutions within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
  • Monitor budget, timelines, and quality during project development.
  • Apply key figures and metrics when making decisions.
  • Prepare executive summaries for strategic discussions.
  • Contributing to the improvement of IT governance initiatives.
  • Assistance with the management of IT operations, including demand management, incident management, and change and release management.
  • Management of the IT compliance program, including internal controls, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Compliance with the principles, laws, regulations, and internal policies related to money laundering and bank secrecy.

Required skills

  • Professional: Business process modeling, agile methods, planning, goal-setting frameworks (OKRs)
  • Industry knowledge: Knowledge of the asset management industry is desirable.
