Project Manager in the Payments Division
ING Bank is seeking a Project Manager in the Payments division who will be responsible for executing digital transformation projects and who has experience in the financial or IT industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing projects in the payments sector, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing expectations and conflicts.
Job description
As a Project Manager in the Payments division, you will be responsible for one of the most important cross-functional transformation projects: the ongoing digitization and automation of the bank and its processes.Tasks
- Execution of a program to implement stability and/or changes in the area of payments (including a timeline, budget, resources, requirements, controls, and workshops)
- Collaboration with subject matter experts, executives, and sponsors (CxOs) at the local and global levels (ING Group); managing expectations, conflicts, and priorities
- Collaborating with suppliers, defining requirements, monitoring implementation, and paying suppliers
- Collaboration with stakeholders on changes, preparation of reports and materials, and ongoing analysis of the effects of implementation
Requirements
- Experience in the fields of finance, banking, and IT
- At least 5 years of experience in IT fields
- Desired: Experience with PMO/portfolio structures, reporting standards, and quality improvement in delivery
- Desired: Documented knowledge and/or experience in IT projects, digitization projects for domestic and international payments, and data transmission projects
