Tasks

• Operational management of a program in the subject area
• Ensure that not only convincing concepts are developed, but also successfully realized
• Leading and developing your team
• Translating strategic goals into concrete measures and innovative customer experiences

Requirements

• University degree (university or university of applied sciences)
• At least 8 years of experience in program management in the banking or digital environment, ideally in an agile setup
• Distinct stakeholder management at various hierarchical levels
• High methodical competence in the conception of digital products and services
• Strategic thinking, pragmatic action and resilience as well as implementation strength
• At least 3 years of experience in line management and affinity for motivating interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communicative skills in the German language
