Requirements
- University degree (university or university of applied sciences)
- At least 8 years of experience in program management in the banking or digital environment, ideally in an agile setup
- Distinct stakeholder management at various hierarchical levels
- High methodical competence in the conception of digital products and services
- Strategic thinking, pragmatic action and resilience as well as implementation strength
- At least 3 years of experience in line management and affinity for motivating interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communicative skills in the German language
