Project Consultant in the Field of Management Consulting
Zürcher Kantonalbank is seeking an experienced project consultant for its management consulting division in Zurich to drive strategic initiatives in the areas of CSR, finance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate holds a degree in economics, has at least five years of professional experience in project management, and possesses in-depth knowledge of change management and agile methodologies.
Your tasks
- Play a key role in driving the CEO's strategic initiatives forward.
- Responsibility for market research, strategy development, and change management for projects in the areas of corporate social responsibility, finance, and operational excellence.
- Close collaboration with experienced colleagues to develop innovative solutions.
- Helping to shape the future of the consulting and industrials sectors.
Your profile
- A college degree in economics, ideally with a focus on management or consulting.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management.
- In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies (such as Prosci).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Ability to analyze complex problems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams effectively.
