As part of the targeted use of synergies between Hypothekarbank Lenzburg and Swiss Bankers, we are looking for you as an experienced, integrative personality for the role of Project Lead HR Integration. Tasks

• Responsible for all tasks related to the HR integration of an affiliate, including creating and adhering to the roadmap and schedule
• Harmonization and further development of HR processes, systems, and regulations
• Identification and implementation of simplification and digitization potential
• Close, cooperative collaboration with HR management and the teams involved
• Ensuring compliance with labor law in the regulated banking sector
• Active change management: You shape the integration process both communicatively and conceptually and take a pragmatic approach to operational issues.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in HR integrations, transformation projects, or similar initiatives
• In-depth understanding of HR processes, regulations, and HR system landscapes
