Project Lead HR Integration

Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking an HR Integration Project Lead (80–100%, fixed-term contract of 6–9 months) to oversee the integration of HR processes and systems between two organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and further developing HR processes, systems, and policies, and will play a key role in a strategically significant HR transformation project.

As part of our efforts to leverage synergies between Hypothekarbank Lenzburg and Swiss Bankers, we are looking for you—an experienced, collaborative professional—to fill the role of HR Integration Project Lead. Tasks

  • Responsible for all tasks related to the HR integration of an affiliate, including creating and adhering to the roadmap and schedule
  • Harmonization and further development of HR processes, systems, and regulations
  • Identification and implementation of simplification and digitization potential
  • Close, cooperative collaboration with HR management and the teams involved
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws in the regulated banking sector
  • Active change management: You shape the integration process both communicatively and conceptually and take a pragmatic approach to operational issues.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in HR integrations, transformation projects, or similar initiatives
  • A solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and HR systems
