Tasks

Working closely with HR management and the HR teams of both organizations, you will be responsible for harmonizing and further developing HR processes, systems, and regulations—always in compliance with labor law. Your goal: to establish efficient, digital, and practical solutions that combine the best of both organizations.

• Ensuring compliance with labor law in the regulated banking environment
• Active change management: You shape the integration process both communicatively and conceptually and take a pragmatic approach to operational issues.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in HR integrations, transformation projects, or similar initiatives
• Ideally, experience in a regulated environment, preferably in the banking sector
• Short decision-making processes and an open, collegial corporate culture
