Project Lead HR Integration

Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a Project Lead HR Integration for a fixed-term project lasting 6-9 months to coordinate and organize the HR integration between the bank and Swiss Bankers. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and developing HR processes, systems, and regulations, and will work closely with HR management and the HR teams.

Tasks

  • Responsible for all tasks related to the HR integration of an affiliate, including creating and adhering to the roadmap and schedule
  • Harmonization and further development of HR processes, systems, and regulations
  • Identification and implementation of simplification and digitization potential
  • Close, cooperative collaboration with HR management and the teams involved
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law in the regulated banking environment
  • Active change management: You shape the integration process both communicatively and conceptually and take a pragmatic approach to operational issues.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in HR integrations, transformation projects, or similar initiatives
  • A solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and HR systems
