Project Manager (m/f)

Job description

Your tasks:

• Management of projects and programs, mainly customer projects for SAAS products (Sofilik)
• Creation of potential analyses, solution concepts, specifications and project plans
• Advice and support for employees in project situations
• Managing the project administration
• Organization, planning, moderation and documentation of project meetings
• Analysis and revision of various processes and procedures
• Ensuring the flow of information within the project field

Your profile:

• Basic commercial training, preferably in the financial sector with a focus on financing and credit
• Further training at Bachelor's or Master's level in business, business informatics, IT or comparable qualification is desirable
• Several years of professional experience in project management in a similar function, preferably with specific training/ further training in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Hermes, IPMA or SAFe)
• Knowledge of business analysis and the Finanznova banking system is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong customer, service and team orientation as well as good introduction and assertiveness skills
• Very good analytical skills as well as an efficient, independent and autonomous way of working
• Good self-reflection, high standards of integrity and confidentiality as well as a good overview
