What you bring with you

• A degree in Business, Finance & Banking, Technology & Innovation, or a related field
• Extensive experience in project management and in leading challenging projects, ideally in the financial sector
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and initiative
• Innovative thinking, initiative, and a willingness to actively help shape processes and structures
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to assert oneself, and strong teamwork skills
• Excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Willingness to Travel
