Project Manager, 80–100%
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a Project Manager (80–100%) who will independently lead challenging projects with a budget of up to CHF 1 million and be responsible for developing concepts, managing stakeholders, and further developing project processes.
Your tasks
- Scope of ambitious projects (up to 1 million Swiss francs)
- Development of Concepts and Solutions
- Developing analyses and preparing presentations, decision-making documents, and management tools
- Stakeholder Meetings and Workshops
- Mapping of actions to work packages and milestones in the project plan and status reports
- Monitoring Risks and Interdependencies to Ensure Project Success
- Further Development of Processes, Methods, and Tools in Project Work
What you bring with you
- A college degree, preferably in business informatics, business administration, or banking
- Extensive experience in independently managing projects
- Proficient Use of Traditional, Agile, or Hybrid Methods
- Professional experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Strong IT skills and confidence in using digital tools
