Project Manager / Business Analyst, Digital Banking

What you can expect

• Participating in and/or leading (sub)projects such as planning FINMA projects, providing financial assistance, optimizing websites, and other internal projects to deliver and finance our digital services
• Your responsibilities will include optimizing and further developing features in e-banking, mobile banking, and the ABK website
• You are responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and specifying requirements and requests
• Working with internal and external partners, you will implement these enhancements
• Supporting and guiding internal departments in their efforts to find new digital solutions is also part of your responsibilities

What you bring with you

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a Mediamatician, computer scientist, business information systems specialist, or have completed equivalent continuing education
• You are a creative and communicative person with a strong understanding of customer service and customer needs
• Your quick grasp of concepts, as well as your ability to think conceptually and holistically, set you apart
• You have knowledge of (new) technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and Flutter
• With your strong communication skills (written and spoken German) and your deep understanding of specialized topics (banking), you will meet the demands of both internal and external stakeholders.
• You value working as part of a team with subject matter experts, product owners, and developers
• You are performance-oriented and stand out for your flexibility, solution-oriented approach, and commitment to quality in your work
