Project Manager - Optimization and digitalization of business processes

Tasks

• Project management: Independent management and implementation of projects in the area of operational organization and business processes (optimization, further development, digitalization).
• Technology implementation: Introduction of new digital tools and systems to improve process quality and reduce manual activities.
• Change and stakeholder management: creating acceptance by presenting and supporting changes. Ensuring the sustainable implementation of new processes and technologies, including training on the new solutions/tools.
• Requirements management: Consideration, coordination and implementation of operational and regulatory requirements.
• Management and operational support: Development of decision bases and assistance with strategic issues. Advice and support in solving internal departmental problems from operations (business analysis and testing). Operational organization and management of release changes and year-end processing.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in managing projects, digitization or optimization projects, ideally in the financial sector.
• Basic commercial training in banking; advanced training / studies in business administration, (business) informatics, project management or a comparable field.
• Technical know-how and strong IT affinity (excellent MS Office skills, experience with banking software solutions (Avaloq knowledge an advantage), workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud solutions and other current technologies).
