Project Manager (90–100%)

Tasks

• Management of transformation, digitization, and development projects
• Planning, coordinating, and managing the activities of all stakeholders involved in the project
• Monitoring risks, costs, deadlines, and quality throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Conducting analyses and preparing the basis for decision-making
• Designing solutions, developing alternative solutions, and preparing the basis for decision-making
• Leading the continuous improvement of processes and service solutions

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science, business administration, project management, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in managing projects, ideally in a banking environment
• In-depth knowledge of traditional and/or agile project management methods, as well as experience in governance, oversight, and coordination tasks
• Experience with IT systems and a solid understanding of their management and configuration
• Ability to analyze complex requirements, clarify solution requirements, develop concepts, and create a sound basis for decision-making
• Strong organizational skills, independence, problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders toward common goals
• Excellent communication skills; native speaker of French or German with excellent knowledge of the other language
