Tasks

As a project manager, you will take on challenging projects with a focus on banking topics, digitalization, and innovation. Your tasks will include:

• Project management: You will manage a wide range of business and change projects, from planning and implementation to performance review.
• Regulatory focus: You will primarily take on projects related to regulation or governance and ensure that they are structured in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• Coordination & communication: You manage collaboration with internal departments and external partners and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
• Change management: You support organizational changes, plan and coordinate training courses, and ensure that new processes and solutions are understood and accepted by employees.
• Communication & social skills: You impress with your strong communication skills, high level of social competence, and confident manner.
• Personal characteristics: You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, implementation skills, and openness to new ideas.
