Project Manager / Facility Management Specialist
Migros Bank is looking for a committed individual to fill the position of Project Manager/Facility Management Specialist, who will manage technical projects and develop sustainable solutions in energy and environmental management. The position is a permanent position with an 80-100% workload and offers opportunities for working from home.
Tasks
- You will be responsible for contract and SLA management, including negotiations, service demarcation, and subsequent management.
- You will manage and oversee technical projects in the field of technical building management, e.g., HVAC, electrical, MSRL, lighting, or doors.
- You will take on tasks in energy management, such as analyzing energy consumption, developing energy-saving measures, and coordinating external service providers and provider contracts.
Requirements
- 5 years of operational and technical facility management in the field of HVACSE, facility management, or construction
- Technical college
- German (business fluent), French (good knowledge), Italian (advantageous)
- You have experience in project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- You are knowledgeable about contracts and are a skilled negotiator.
- You have a sound technical understanding of HVACSE (evaluation & control).
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and are quick on the uptake.
