Project Manager / Facility Management Specialist

Tasks

• You will be responsible for contract and SLA management, including negotiations, service demarcation, and subsequent management.
• You will manage and oversee technical projects in the field of technical building management, e.g., HVAC, electrical, MSRL, lighting, or doors.
• You will take on tasks in energy management, such as analyzing energy consumption, developing energy-saving measures, and coordinating external service providers and provider contracts.

Requirements

• 5 years of operational and technical facility management in the field of HVACSE, facility management, or construction
• Technical college
• German (business fluent), French (good knowledge), Italian (advantageous)
• You have experience in project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• You are knowledgeable about contracts and are a skilled negotiator.
• You have a sound technical understanding of HVACSE (evaluation & control).
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and are quick on the uptake.
