**Project Manager / Facility Management Specialist**
Migros Bank is looking for a committed individual to fill the position of Project Manager/Facility Management Specialist, who will manage technical building control systems and provide support in energy management. The position is permanent and offers 80-100% working hours with the option of working from home.
Tasks
- You will be responsible for contract award and SLA management, including negotiations, service demarcation, and change management.
- You will manage and oversee technical projects in the field of technical building management, e.g., HVAC, electrical, MSRL, lighting, or doors.
- You will take on tasks in energy management, such as analyzing energy consumption, developing measures for energy optimization, and coordinating external service providers and provider contracts.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in technical facility management
- Technical college in the field of HVAC/SIA, facility management, or construction
- German (business fluent), French (good knowledge), Italian (advantageous)
- Experience in project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of public procurement and business fluent
- Sound technical understanding in the field of HVAC/SIA
- Independent, structured approach to work and quick comprehension
