**Project Manager / Facility Management Specialist**

Migros Bank is looking for a committed individual to fill the position of Project Manager/Facility Management Specialist, who will manage technical building control systems and provide support in energy management. The position is permanent and offers 80-100% working hours with the option of working from home.

Tasks

  • You will be responsible for contract award and SLA management, including negotiations, service demarcation, and change management.
  • You will manage and oversee technical projects in the field of technical building management, e.g., HVAC, electrical, MSRL, lighting, or doors.
  • You will take on tasks in energy management, such as analyzing energy consumption, developing measures for energy optimization, and coordinating external service providers and provider contracts.

Requirements

  • 5 years of professional experience in technical facility management
  • Technical college in the field of HVAC/SIA, facility management, or construction
  • German (business fluent), French (good knowledge), Italian (advantageous)
  • Experience in project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of public procurement and business fluent
  • Sound technical understanding in the field of HVAC/SIA
  • Independent, structured approach to work and quick comprehension
